STORAGE SPACE NEEDLES, WHAT TO DO WHEN VACATING!

STORAGE SPACE NEEDLES - When you came in and rented your storage space in Needles,Ca., you were informed of all the rules and requirements including that fifteen days written notice was required to Vacate! But that was months or maybe even years ago. Who can remember all those rules?
So I thought I would write this to help refresh your memory if you are thinking of vacating your Storage Space Needles soon.
- Notify Managers office in writing at least fifteen days prior to moving your things. If it is not possible to give fifteen days notice be prepared that a "No Vacate Notice" charge will be deducted from your deposit.
- After you have removed all of your belongings, sweep out the unit and dispose of any trash. You are allowed to use the big blue dumpster at the entrance of the facility.
- Have the Manager do a walk through inspection to insure that there is no dispute over damages or cleanliness.
- Secure the unit. Make sure door is completely shut. Take your lock with you.
- Make sure the Manager knows of any change in address or phone numbers in writing. This will ensure your Deposit will be returned to you faster.
