PIRATES DEN PARKER AZ IS NOW OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!
Ahoy Mates! Pirates Den Parker Arizona has opened the gangplank and is now serving thirsty pirates! My husband and I were golfing at Emerald Canyon (the best golf course ever) and noticed that the parking lot to Pirates Den was busy. We decided it was time for a beer and so we stopped in to check it out....great place!
The Thirsty Pirate's bar is very similar to the one at Pirates Cove...you can either sit inside or outside on gorgeous white sand. Boats can simply pull up to the dock and the mates can walk right into the bar area (this is something Needles needs!). Presently, the bar is serving a limited menu because the restaurant is not open yet. They do have a great happy hour going with tacos at $1, beers are $1 and wine is $2! The restaurant is to open in February and it too is sitting right on the river....Great views!
The RV part is open also and this may be the nicest RV resort in Parker! The waterfront spaces either come with a small white sandy beach or a private cabana which sits right on the water! It is like a floating dock with a roof....perfect to enjoy the river! Rates for the RV spots vary....The waterfront spaces with the cabanas rent for $60/night (waterfront without a cabana is $55) and the back rows rent for $40/night. Weekly rentals are calculated at six nights with the seventh night at no extra charge thus a waterfront space with a cabana would rent for $360/week. This RV resort in Parker also has long term monthly rates. Snowbirds get a bargain! Winter monthly rates (10/2-3/31) are the same whether you have a cabana or not...$495/month. The waterfront spaces with cabanas rent for $545 during 4/1 - 10/1 however the spaces on the river without a cabana remain at $495/month.
The owners have done a great job so far with maintaining the theme throughout the park. They have appeared to have invested a lot of money in this project and hopefully they will be able to re-fill their treasure chests soon! I couldn't find a website for them but you can click here and see their Facebook page. Definitely worth checking out!
We apologize for the picture and lack of other pictures.....the camera and computer were not cooperating.....it is a beautiful resort!
