
What is the difference between an outdoor and an indoor unit?
An outdoor unit is one in which you can usually drive right up to it and place your belongings into the unit. They are generally single story buildings but they can also be multi-story. An indoor unit is located within a building. You must unload your belongings and carry them into the building. Indoor units are generally multi-story buildings with elevator access. All Seasons Storage only has drive up, outdoor units.
What is a roll-up door?
A roll-up door is a corrugated metal door on the front of the storage unit. The sliding lock is unlatched and then the door can be pulled upwards to expose the unit. The managers at All Seasons Storage will be happy to assist you in understanding the door mechanisms. They are extremely easy to operate!
What does on-site manager mean?
An on-site manager is a manager who lives on the premises 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. Roy and Sandy Buckendorf are the resident managers at All Seasons Storage.
Do I get a lock when I rent a storage unit?
For your protection and security, All Seasons Storage does not provide a lock for you to use. All Seasons Storage does sell disc locks and regular padlocks for your convenience. You may also bring your own lock to secure your unit. Read our blog entitled Mini Storage in Needles,, CA - "Locks" - Safety Tip #1. 
Do you offer parking for motor vehicles such as boats, RV, car, PWC or motorcycles?
Yes, we offer indoor and outside parking for all types of vehicles. We require that the vehicle be in working condition and that it is accompanied with proof of insurance and a current registration.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
All Seasons Storage will hold a particular unit for up to 48 hours with a credit card deposit. However, we will be glad to assist you by notifying you whenever units become available and/or place your name on a waiting list. The managers will be happy to assist you in any way that they can!
Do you rent space month to month or must I sign a lease?
The rental contract that you sign is a "month to month" type contract. All Seasons Storage does require that you rent the unit for at least one month. If you vacate before the end of the first month, you will be charged for the remainder of the days in the first month only. For all remaining months of renting, your rent will be prorated from the day of vacate.
What are the payment terms?
Rent at All Seasons Storage is based on the first day of each month. If you begin renting the unit any time between the second or nineteenth day of the month, your rent will be prorated. However, if you rent a unit after the nineteenth day of the month, you will be required to pay for the following month in addition to the existing month. Upon move in, a security deposit is also required. The amount of the deposit is equal to the monthly rental charge. The deposit is totally refundable upon move out if the unit is left clean, your rent is paid in full and you have given the 15 day notice of vacate.
When is my rent due?
Rent is always due on the first day of each month. Rent is considered late if it has not been received by the 10th day of the month and a late fee will be charged accordingly.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Master Card and or Visa. The managers at All Seasons
Storage will be happy to set you up on an automatic credit card billing program if it would make it easier for you!

Yes! Just go to our Online Payment page and it is very easy to set up online payments!
Do I need insurance for the goods that I am storing?
Do you need insurance? No, we do not require it. However is it a good idea to have insurance? Yes. The contract that you sign with any storage facility places the responsibility on you for the liability of your stored goods. The managers will provide you with brochures of various insurance companies that provide insurance for storage facilities. It is extremely inexpensive and worth looking into. Your homeowners and /or renter's insurance policies may also cover your items in a storage facility however companies vary in their policies and it is your responsibility to verify coverage. What kind of documentation do I need to bring with me to rent a storage unit?
All Seasons Storage requires that you have a valid driver's license and/or state I.D. If you are storing a boat, pwc, jet ski and/or RV, proof of insurance and a current copy of the registration for water craft and trailer is also required.
What type of notice do I need to give when I want to move out?
All Seasons Storage requires that you give 15 days notice in advance of when your are moving out. Upon renting a unit, you will be given a form entitled "Notice of Vacate". When you have determined what day you would like to vacate, simply mail, email or fax the notice to All Seasons Storage. The vacate notice will take effect the day the manager receives the notice. If you vacate before the manager receives the Intent to Vacate Notice, you will be charged up to 15 days of rent. The reason behind this charge is to allow All Seasons Storage to know what units will be coming available for future rental use.
What size units do you have and how do I know what would best suit my needs?
All Seasons Storage has a variety of different sized units. Please refer to the website page entitled "About Storage". Next to each size unit is
a small description of what might fit into each unit. If you are having difficulty conceptualizing the size of the unit, please feel free to ask the managers to show you the different units.
When do I have access to my unit?
All tenants have access to their unit seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All tenants who store boats, RV's, jet skis and or PWC's are given a gate code and have 24 hour access to their vehicles.
If I lose my key, what do I do?
Go to the manager's office. The managers will require that you show identification in order to affirm that you are the tenant of the unit. They will then assist you in cutting your old lock. Do not cut your own lock without the managers present. It is illegal.
