Tips for Tenants at All Seasons Storage - Boats/PWC

Before you leave your home to come to All Seasons Storage, make sure that you bring with you:

  1. All current registrations for both the vessel and the trailer
  2. Proof of insurance
  3. The trailer has a current license plate
  4. A driver's license for the person who is to complete the contract

The above paperwork is required when completing the contract.  The managers will take photo copies of your paperwork and return the originals to you.

Only one person is allowed to be named on the contract.  Thus, if you would like to have your spouse, friend or children to be able to have access to your boat or PWC, please ask the managers for the authorization form.  You may place anyone's name on the form and give that person authorization for use of your boat/PWC for one time or multi-times.

All Seasons Storage will be glad to charge the battery of your boat or PWC (for free) the first or second trip upon request. If you use your boat at least once a month your batteries should remain charged. Please give the managers at least one or two days notice in advance of the day that you would like to pick up your boat. We also keep a limited number of new batteries on hand if you need to replace your old one.

When requesting your boat to be pulled out, please remember that we require 3 hours of notice prior to 5:00 PM.  If you would like your boat at 8:00 AM (or earlier) the following morning, you need to call by 2:00 PM the day before the boat is to be picked up.  If you forget to call ahead (and you leave a message on the phone), please know that we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  However, if your boat is not out at 8:00 AM, please have patience.  Your boat will be brought out in the order that we received the requests.

When your boat or PWC is pulled out, the tires of the trailer will be checked and aired as necessary.  The dust will be blown off of the trailer and boat.

You are responsible for the storage of your boat cover.  Upon returning the boat, you are responsible for putting the cover on the boat and making sure that is is secure.

When returning your boat or PWC, please park it out of the way (near the fence) in order that other tenants may either pick up or drop  off their boats.  This is especially important when dropping the watercraft off after the office has closed at 5:00 PM

If you return your boat after 5:00 PM, it may remain where you placed it until the following morning.

The management at All Seasons Storage is happy to accommodate you with finding mechanics, etc.  for your boat or PWC.  If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to call them.  They are a wealth of knowledge and know a lot about the people and places in the Tri State area!  They are willing to assist you with transportation of your boat to and from services if needed (some fees may apply).

It is highly recommended that when you store your boat during the winter, that you:

  1. Take the battery home with you
  2. Add a fuel stabilizer if you will not be using your boat during the winter months
If you have any questions, the office is open 8:00-5:00 PM, seven days a week!  Please call 760-326-2001!  Thank you!
